Anime Onegai is a streaming platform dedicated to anime for Latin America. As part of the product's evolution, I contributed to the redesign of several key pages with the goal of modernizing the user experience, improving visual consistency, and optimizing the site's overall performance. The project focused on preserving the brand's identity while delivering a faster, more accessible experience built to support the platform's continued growth.
My contribution
I contributed as both a UI Designer and Frontend Developer, collaborating on the design and implementation of several key pages across the platform. I redesigned the main landing page along with multiple product views, transforming visual concepts into polished, production-ready interfaces. Throughout the process, I introduced improvements to the page structure, emphasizing component reusability, clearer visual hierarchy, and a performance-focused implementation.
The impact
The redesign improved consistency across the platform, creating a more cohesive user experience and smoother navigation between different sections. It also significantly reduced page load times, improving key performance metrics such as Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) while establishing a more efficient foundation for the platform's future evolution.
